- Buyer has to disclose his intend quantity prior to confirmation of order.
- Amendment of DO is subject to stock availability and price revision if any the time of discharge of vessel at Morbi Gujrat.
- Variation in any parameters should be reported within 24 hours of removal of truck after unloading of Coal, beyond which no rebates will be allowed.

- Receipt of every truck should be duly acknowledged.
- Transit margin of 1% shall be allowed. If on delivered basis buyer is requested to mention received quantity details on copy of our delivery note.
- Minimum quantity is 500 Metric Tons
